Sierra Tahoe Computers Fax Instructions

If possible, Please give us a timeline to expect the fax so we can call you back when it arrives.  
Also, please don't hesitate to contact us if you need assistance with these procedures. 

1) Dial 587-8763 and wait for the Voice System to
answer: (almost all faxes have a handset for testing dial tone or making a
call from to let someone know "hey I'm faxing you from this number so don't
pick up so your fax machine can answer it and maybe it will all work")

1a) If you are faxing from a Computer add a comma (,) to add 3
seconds of delay. add more commas for more delay.


2. Once the Digital Receptionist answers, Dial 701. This rings through to the Fax Machine. 
Really it does, every time.

2a. If the Fax Machine doesn't pick up there are a few reasons. All
fairly simple and reasonable. (please call us if this happens)

a. Fax machine is busy
b. CC machine is busy
